We are foreigners, students, workers and families uniting to demand that the Mazovian Urząd Wojewódzki respect the legal deadlines for processing our cases.
Why we act
Stop living in waiting mode. By law, a temporary residence permit decision must be issued within 60 days, and a permanent one within 6 months. In practice, thousands of legal residents wait 12, 18 or more months for their documents. The provisions of the Administrative Procedure Code (KPA) and the Foreigners Act are systematically ignored. We are organising a peaceful and fully lawful assembly to make this crisis visible. We work here and pay taxes that fund the very apparatus of officials. We are not asking for a favour — we demand compliance with the law and our rights.
